A Mediterranean Garden in Motion
VILLA FLOR

From the moment our client acquired this property, they knew exactly what they wanted: a vibrant, colorful Mediterranean garden. However, we faced a considerable challenge. The terrain had multiple slopes and several old stone walls that had collapsed due to a lack of maintenance.

This is where our trusted collaborator, Jesús Picapiedra, stepped in. His team completed a full restoration of the walls, returning them to their original splendour and securing the structure of the estate. With the walls repaired, we began filling the areas that lacked soil, preparing the ground to create the garden our client had dreamed of.

To carry out this ambitious project, we worked hand in hand with another landscaping company on the island to deliver the project on time. This collaboration was key to meeting the client’s expectations and achieving the level of excellence that defines us.

The garden design included a variety of recreational areas for the entire family’s enjoyment. We created a pétanque court and a volleyball play area, and we also integrated a children’s play zone in the same space. Additionally, knowing that the client loves playing football with their children, we designed an area near the house where they could enjoy these unique family moments.

Near the home, we built an ecological garden, ensuring the family always has access to fresh, healthy produce grown directly in their own garden.

For vehicle access, we used stabilisers and 6/12 gravel, selected specifically for its quality and durability. The pedestrian paths were also covered with this same gravel, ensuring both aesthetic and functional consistency throughout the space. The planters were designed with gentle curves, inviting those who stroll through the garden to discover every corner, enjoying nature at its best.

Lastly, we added a unique, personal touch: a mountain bike circuit for the more adventurous, and, as a finishing touch, a friendly lizard made of *Echeveria elegans* that greets visitors as they leave the garden, bringing a smile to everyone who says goodbye to this magical space.
